Whether launch actually rewards rerolling comes down to systems Bandai Namco hasn't shown off yet.

• Are there launch banners worth chasing, and who are the best first pulls?

One thing to keep in mind: beta progress doesn't carry over to release, so treat any rates or flows you see during the test as beta-only until the launch build confirms them.
