The short version
This site collects as close to nothing as a website can. No advertising trackers, no tracking cookies, no account system, no data sold to anyone. That's why there's no cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.
What is processed
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses in standard server logs for security and delivery (legal basis: legitimate interest). Retention follows the host's standard policy.
- Local preferences. Your theme choice (dark/light) is stored in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device and is exempt from consent requirements.
- Audience measurement.If we add analytics, it will be a cookieless, EU-hosted, consent-exempt solution measuring page views only (per CNIL's audience-measurement exemption). This policy will name the provider. You can object by contacting us.
- Email. If you write to contact@bleachmirrors.wiki, we process your address to reply, and keep the exchange no longer than needed.
What is NOT collected
- No advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.
- No sale or sharing of personal data.
- No profiling, no newsletters, no accounts.
Embedded content
Trailer embeds use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only after you click play. Once playing, YouTube (Google) may process data underits own privacy policy.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). Given how little we process, the fastest route for any request iscontact@bleachmirrors.wiki. The data controller is the site's publisher (seementions légales).
Changes
If the site ever adds features that change data processing (analytics, ads, accounts), this policy will be updated first and the change noted with a date.
