What Is BLEACH Mirrors High? Everything We Know

Genre, story, characters, platforms, beta dates and what's still unannounced: every verified fact about Bandai Namco's BLEACH Mirrors High.

Official source

BLEACH Mirrors High (nicknamed MiraHai in Japan) is Bandai Namco’s upcoming BLEACH mobile game for iOS and Android. If you want the fast version, this is the page. Everything below is confirmed, and anything that’s still up in the air is flagged as such.

The pitch

Bandai Namco sums it up with one official genre line: “Immersive 13 Court Guard Squads Action.” You play a brand-new Soul Reaper, and you get to pick between two original protagonists, Shirin Migishima and Shirane Sanari, both designed by Tite Kubo. Your character is posted in Karakura Town, in a story set after the Thousand-Year Blood War arc.

Eleven characters are on the official roster so far: the five new faces (Shirin, Shirane, Naru, Giro and Maiko), plus Ichigo Kurosaki, Rukia Kuchiki, Renji Abarai, Kisuke Urahara, Byakuya Kuchiki, and Toshiro Hitsugaya. More slots are marked “coming soon”, and the closed beta keeps surfacing extra playable fighters on top of that list, each getting a page as it shows up. You can find everyone over on the characters index.

What’s still unknown

Being straight about this is kind of the whole point of the wiki:

  • Combat system. The July 18 overview trailer finally confirmed the basics: you build a team of three and pick Action Cards to chain attacks, finishers called Mortal Blows, and coordinated “Soul Drive” team attacks, with a customizable avatar whose Zanpakuto look and fighting style you choose. The deeper mechanics and numbers are still unannounced; confirmed vs speculation tracks exactly where that line sits.
  • Monetization. The beta agreement confirms there’s a purchasable in-game currency, but no gacha or summon system has been announced.
  • Release date and pre-registration. Nothing yet. The release date page will have it the moment either one moves.
  • Returning cast voice actors. The five new characters all have announced VAs; nothing is confirmed for the returning anime cast.

The Closed Beta Test (July 23 to 30 JST) is running right now. Testers are allowed to share screenshots and videos under Bandai Namco’s video policy, so real gameplay details are surfacing all week.
